If you have any questions about this policy or your data, you can reach us at jakstoursjapan@gmail.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our website address is: www.imprintjapan.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What we collect, and why<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you book a workshop through our Google Form, we collect:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Full name and email address \u2014 to confirm your booking and communicate with you about it<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Workshop selection, preferred date and time \u2014 to schedule your session<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Number of participants and t-shirt sizes per guest \u2014 to prepare materials in advance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any comments, special requests, or questions you write in \u2014 please avoid including sensitive information (health conditions, allergies, etc.) here unless it&#8217;s relevant to your booking; if you do share it, we use it only to accommodate your visit safely<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We store information in Google Forms\/Google Sheets under our Google account, and we don&#8217;t sell or share it with unrelated third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Payments<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Stripe<\/strong> processes deposits or workshop fees paid in advance. We do not see or store your full card details \u2014 Stripe handles that directly. See Stripe&#8217;s own privacy policy at<a href=\"https:\/\/stripe.com\/privacy\"> https:\/\/stripe.com\/privacy<\/a> for how they handle payment data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clients pay add-ons (extra ink colors, fabric items, etc.) <strong>on-site, in cash<\/strong> or via Stripe. So, we will need to collect data if necessary for theese additional payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Photos and video<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During workshops, we may take photos or short videos for use on our website or social media (e.g. Instagram). If you prefer to not be photographed, or want a photo removed after the fact, just let us know. We&#8217;ll accommodate that either in advance or afterward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Minors<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Children or teenagers might attend workshops as part of a family booking. We only collect the minimal information needed to run the session (t-shirt size, participant count) for any guest, including minors, and we rely on the booking adult&#8217;s consent to share that information on their behalf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Who we share data with<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Google<\/strong> (Forms\/Sheets), for storing booking requests<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stripe<\/strong>, for processing advance payments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We don&#8217;t share your information with any other third party, and we don&#8217;t sell data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How long we keep it<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We keep booking records for as long as needed to fulfill your workshop. Moreover, we keep them for our tax\/accounting obligations under Japanese law. Japan generally requires us to keep our business records for 7 years. After that, we delete or anonymize these unless we must keep them for legal reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Your rights<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can ask us at any time to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>See what information we hold about you<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Correct it<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delete it (except for legal\/accounting reasons)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Just email us at jakstoursjapan@gmail.com to make any of these requests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you&#8217;re located in the EU\/UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. As a Japan-based business, we also handle personal data in line with Japan&#8217;s Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cookies \/ tracking<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our website currently does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If this changes, we&#8217;ll update this policy and, where legally required, ask for your consent first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>International guests<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Most of our guests are visiting from outside Japan.
